ARC. JOSIAH GARBA DZINGINA (MNIA)
Arc. Josiah Garba Dzingina was born on 8th of October 1951 at Kurmin Rami,Kachia Local government,Kaduna.He attended Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria where he holds BSc (Arch.Hons),MSc.(Arc.) and MBA. He is a member of Nigerian Institute of Architects MNIA, Architects Registration Council of Nigeria and Fellow Institute of Corporate Executives of Nigeria.He became Permanent Secretary in 2007.He has travelled to Ivory Cost,Liberia,Egypt,Israel,UK and China.He likes farming,reading Magazine,travelling,jogging and watching sports.
He is married with Five children.
